# Add images to your Brand Kit in Genially

An organization's visual identity is super important. In fact, it's another form of communication between a brand and its audience.

The images a brand used in its communications are one of the key parts of its visual identity. In Genially you can upload images to your **Brand kit** so that they're always available for you to use in any of the creations in a **workspace**.

## **How to add or delete brand images**

To **add** or **delete** brand images you need to be an **Owner or Administrator** of the **orkspace**.

Follow these steps to **add** brand images:

1.  In your **workspace**, click on the **Brand kit** section in the left sidebar.
2.  In the **Images** tab, you can add your images. You can drag a file from your computer and drop it in the available field, or click on the field to open your computer's File Explorer. Select the images you want to add and click on **Open**.
3.  All set! A message will appear in the top right of your Panel confirming that the images have been added successfully. 

To **delete** an image, hover the mouse over the image and click on the three dots in the top right. Select the **Delete** option. A message will display in the top right of your Panel, confirming that the image has been deleted successfully.

**NOTE:** The compatible file formats are: .JPG, .PNG, .SVG and .GIF. If you have a Genius, Master, or Author plan, you can upload images of up to 10MB. If you have any other plan, you can upload images of up to 5MB.

  

## **How to use brand images**

Once you've uploaded your images to the Brand kit, they'll be available for all members of the team. In the Editor of a creation, click on **Image**. In the **Brand kit** section you'll find all the images you've uploaded to this section.

Select the image you want to use by clicking on it or drag it onto the canvas to add it to your creation.
