## **Set Up the LTI 1.3 Integration**

Genially integrates seamlessly with top Learning Management Systems (LMS) through the LTI 1.3 standard, enabling educators and students to access interactive resources easily and securely.

  

### **Enable the Genially Integration in Learnifier (LTI 1.3)**

1.  Log in to Genially with a user account that has the necessary permissions and go to Settings.
    
2.  Click on LMS Integration in the top menu.
    
3.  Click on Connect to another LMS and then Go to Step 1.
    
4.  Save the information provided — you’ll need it in the next steps.
    

### **Configure Genially in Learnifier (LTI 1.3)**

1.  Log in to your Learnifier platform with administrator rights.
    
2.  Go to Settings and select the API section.
    
3.  Under Learning Tools Interoperability 1.3, click on Register new tool.

4\. Paste the Genially details and click Register Tool.

5\. Copy the details provided by Learnifier.

### **Set Up Learnifier in Genially (LTI 1.3)**

1.  Go back to Genially and paste the details from Learnifier into Go to Step 2.
    

*   **Platform ID:** Use the Issuer from Learnifier.
    
*   **Client ID:** Enter the Client ID.
    
*   **Authentication Endpoint URL:** Enter the OpenID Connect Login from Learnifier.
    
*   **Public Key URL:** Enter the OAuth2 Login URL provided by Learnifier.
    
*   **Access Token URL:** Enter Learnifier’s JSON Web Key Set URL.
    

2.  Click Create Connection.
    
3.  Finally, activate the connection in both Learnifier and Genially.

### **Add Genially Content to Learnifier (LTI 1.3)**

1.  Go to the course where you want to add your Genially.
    
2.  Click Add New Activity and select LTI 1.3 resource.

1.  Browse your Genially resources and choose the content you want to add.

**What do I need to activate the integration?** You need a Genially account with LTI 1.3 integration access and admin permissions in Learnifier LMS.

**Do students need a Genially account?** No, they don’t. Students can view the content without having an account.

**Is this integration available for all Genially plans?** Contact our support team to check which plans include this feature.

## **Add Geniallys in SCORM Format to Learnifier**

To use a Genially as an activity in Learnifier, you need to first export it as a SCORM package from Genially, then upload it to your LMS.

  

### **1\. Export Your Genially as SCORM**

1.  In Genially, open the Editor for the creation you want to export as a SCORM package.
    
2.  Click the hamburger menu in the top right corner.
    
3.  Click **Download SCORM Package**.
    
4.  Select the **preset** based on your tracking needs:
    
    *   **Access:** Tracks access and time spent viewing, sends data to the LMS.
    *   **Progress:** Tracks status and score based on percentage of pages viewed and sends it with time data to the LMS.
    *   **Points:** Lets you select key pages for scoring and sends all data to the LMS.
    *   **Question:** Records responses to interactive questions and sends them with view time to the LMS.
5.  Download the generated ZIP file.

### **2\. Configure SCORM in Learnifier**

1.  Log in to Learnifier with an admin account.
    
2.  Enter a course as an Instructor or navigate to the course where you want to upload the SCORM file.
    
3.  Click Add New Activity and select SCORM.

5\. Fill in the required fields like title, description, and estimated duration.

6\. Click Add Content.

Learnifier will automatically track the available SCORM data based on the selected preset.

  

## **FAQs**

**Can I edit a SCORM file after uploading it?**  
No, not directly. You need to re-export the updated Genially and replace the SCORM package in Learnifier.

**Can progress or scoring be tracked?**  
Yes, as long as you use the _Progress_, _Points_, or _Question_ presets. Learnifier will track the data allowed by SCORM 1.2.
