Create audio from text with the AI Voice-over feature. Use it to generate voice-overs for your gamifications or videos, add audio to e-learning activities, include instructions, or make your content more accessible.

## How it works

1.  From the Insert menu, go to Audio and select AI Voice-over from the dropdown.
2.  A modal opens where you can paste the text you want to turn into audio. It supports up to 1,000 characters. Generation cost varies depending on the length of the text.
3.  **Select the AI model** you want to use to create the audio. Each one offers different quality, voices, languages, and credit costs. You can preview them to help you decide.
4.  **Select the language of the text.** This feature doesn’t translate—it reads aloud the exact text you enter.
5.  Once you select the language, the available voices for that language are filtered (different tones, accents, and male and female voices). **Try the different variants** available in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Italian, and German, and **choose the voice** you like best.
6.  From **More settings, review the parameters** for speed (slower to faster), pitch (lower to higher), and volume (lower to higher).
7.  Click **Generate** to create the voice-over. It will appear in the editor’s left sidebar as AIvoiceover\_nº and will be ready to insert onto the canvas.

You can also create AI voice-overs by replacing an audio file or using an audio interaction.

## Tips for getting great results

To make sure your voice-over sounds great, keep these tips in mind when entering your text:

*   If the text includes proper names, brand names, or technical terms, **write them the way they should be pronounced** (AI reads exactly what’s written), for example: Geniali instead of Genially.
*   Use **periods, commas, and ellipses** so the AI adds pauses and breaths naturally.
*   **Use uppercase letters or quotation marks** for words you want the AI to emphasize.
*   Specify **how abbreviations should be read**, for example: road instead of Rd.
