We're sorry to hear you'd like to delete your account. Remember that having a Genially account is free, but if you'd still like to continue, you can do so by following these steps:

  

1.  Go to your account **Settings** from the lower-left corner of the dashboard.
    
2.  Open **Account settings**.
    
3.  In the left-hand menu, under the **Access** section, click **Delete my Genially account**.

Before deleting your account, keep in mind that if you have an active premium plan, you'll need to [cancel it](https://help.genially.com/es/cancelar-la-suscripcin-a-un-plan-de-genially-HkCkjPS3o) first. Once your account has returned to the free plan, you'll be able to request account deletion.

  

**Important:** When you delete your account, all your Geniallys will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Any information associated with your account will also be removed. _At Genially, we don't keep your digital footprint or your information—everything is completely deleted._
