## **1\. What is the Genially Community?**

The Genially Community is a space where creators from all over the world share their best work so others can view, reuse, and get inspired by it.

Here you’ll find **public and reusable creations** that you can use as a starting point for your own geniallys. Whether you’re an educator, designer, or part of a team, the Community is open to you.

  

### **What can you do with reusable creations?**

*   Use them as a base for your own content.
    
*   Edit, adapt, or personalize them however you like.
    
*   Share your own versions if you’d also like to contribute.
    

**Important**: Reusing a creation doesn’t mean claiming authorship. Always give credit when possible and respect the creator’s original intent.

## **2\. Quick guide to responsible use**

#### **Be respectful**

*   Treat others with kindness and consideration, including within the Community.
*   Offensive, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content is not allowed.

#### **Only share content you have the rights to**

*   Make sure you have permission to use any images, text, audio, or trademarks you include.
*   Don’t publish creations that include protected material unless you’re authorized to use it.

  

#### **Follow the law**

*   Don’t post illegal, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
*   Don’t share personal data without consent.

## **3\. About your team’s responsibility (Workspace)**

All creations published in the Community are linked to the team (Workspace) they belong to. This means:

*   The Workspace owner holds the legal rights over public and reusable creations.
    
*   Publishing and editing permissions depend on your role within the team.
    
*   Only creations marked as **public (visible to search engines)** and **reusable** will be shown in the Community. 
    

If you’re not sure whether you can publish something, check with your team’s Owner or admin.

## **4\. Moderation and reports**

Genially provides measures to maintain a safe, high-quality environment.

**Have you seen a creation that violates the rules?**

You can report it directly from the platform. Our team will review it and take action if needed.

**What can Genially do?**

*   Temporarily hide or remove reported content.
    
*   Suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break the rules.
