Here’s what you can do:

\*Only people with editing access can view, add, and reply to comments.

  

*   **Add comments:** Click the comment icon **![](https://lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXcZFZ6_nNM3GhFxLDZ1H2_o9KmhkKoQrHu1sV8D76IAit1y2fB_pA2U3lxsyK6kbOMzv-FJ9vYg2R6XWIr9uEZZcns8lGdq2cSKXSOZJR301BEus2qRmv2kF9VU5YGr5z3PTwsxYQ?key=Z4cNXzqVRtMabBEMTW_mRA)** in the bottom menu. A side panel will open where you can leave comments related to that page. To comment on another page, navigate to it first. You’ll get a notification when someone replies to your comment.

  

*   **Mention collaborators:** Use @ in your comment to mention someone and they’ll be notified. That way, they’ll know you need their input. You can only mention people who are collaborators on the creation. If the person doesn’t appear when you mention them, make sure to add them as a collaborator first.

  

*   **Reply to comments:** When a page has comments, an icon will appear in the page menu. Clicking it will take you to the comment. You can also use the filters (All – Current Page) and reply by clicking ‘Reply’ on any comment or thread.

*   **Edit comments:** You can edit your own comments by clicking the three dots (options) on the comment.

  

*   **Delete comments:** You can also delete your comment the same way. The comment will be marked as ‘Comment deleted’. If it had replies, those will still be visible unless deleted too. \*Only the original author can delete their comments.

  

*   **Resolve:** If no further replies are needed but you want to keep a record, you can resolve the comment. It’ll be removed from the main filters and shown only under ‘Resolved’.

  

*   **Reopen:** Closed a comment and need to follow up? No problem — you can reopen it from the ‘Resolved’ filter.
