# How to check or download your Genially invoices

Every time you make a purchase, your plan renews, or you receive a refund in Genially, an invoice is automatically generated. You can view and download it at any time.

By “purchase,” we mean both buying a new plan and renewing your premium subscription.

  

Follow these steps whenever you want to view or download your invoices:

1.  Log in to your Genially account.
    

2.  From the top-left corner, select the team where you want to check your invoices.
    

3.  Click **Settings**.
    

4.  Then, select **“Billing.”**
    

5.  In this section, you’ll see all generated invoices at the bottom. You can check the invoice details by clicking **“View.”**
    
6.  In the details view, you can not only review the invoice but also download it by clicking **“Print.”**
    

  

**Remember**: the billing details you enter the day you make the purchase are the ones that will appear on your bill. If you change them after that day, you won’t see the changes until the following bill.
