In this tutorial, we’ll cover: * How to create an interactive question bank with AI * How to create an interactive question bank by importing a file * How to add questions from your question bank to the canvas ## **Create interactive questions with AI** 1. In the editor, click on the **Interactive questions** section in the left sidebar. 2. Click the **Question banks** button located at the top of the menu. 3. A screen will open with two options. **Click Create questions with AI.** 4. **Briefly describe the topic** of your questions (up to 140 characters). For example: facts about World War II. 5. Select the **question type** under Type and choose how many questions you want for each type under Questions per type. **Heads up!** Under Type, you can also select **All** so the generator suggests different question types. 6. Next, **a table will open** where you can review the content of the interactive questions. 7. Click Continue. 8. You’ll see the question bank screen with the **different AI-generated options** based on the topic you described. 9. Click the **square** in the top-left corner of each question to select the ones that will be included in the bank. 1. You can also edit a specific question by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner of that question and selecting **Edit question**. Another way to make changes is by clicking the _Edit content_ button. 2. **The table will open again**, allowing you to make any changes you need before saving. 3. To delete a question, click the three dots and select **Delete question**. 10. If you want to add more questions to your bank, click **Add questions**. You can do this either by importing a file or creating them with AI. 11. Click **Add** to include the AI-generated questions in the question bank. **Heads up!** The maximum number is **100 questions per bank**. 12. That’s it! 13. To see all your question banks, simply click the **Question banks** button at the top of the Interactive questions menu. **Heads up!** All Team members can add interactive questions to the question bank. However, only creators can delete, edit, or rename both the bank and the questions. In the editor, click on the **Interactive questions** section in the left sidebar. 2. Click the **Question banks** button located at the top of the menu. 3. A screen will open with two options. **Click Import spreadsheet.** 4. A screen will open where you can **download a template**. 5. Fill in the template with the question type, question, correct answer(s), and options. 6. **Save the spreadsheet and drag it in from your computer.** **Heads up!** The file must be in **.xlsx format.** 7. Once you’ve dragged in the spreadsheet, another screen will open automatically where you can review the content. 8. Click Continue to view the questions. 9. You’ll see the question bank screen with the **different questions you included in the spreadsheet**. 10. Click the **square** in the top-left corner of each question to select the ones that will be included in the bank. 1. You can also edit a specific question by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner of that question and selecting **Edit question**. Another way to make changes is by clicking the _Edit content_ button. 2. **The table will open again**, allowing you to make any changes you need before saving. 3. To delete a question, click the three dots and select **Delete question**. 11. If you want to add more questions to your bank, click **More** > **Add** **questions**. You’ll be able to do this by **importing** **a** **file** or **creating** **questions** **with** **AI**. 12. Click **Add** to create the bank. **Heads** **up**! The maximum number of questions is 100 per question bank. 13. That’s it! To view other question banks, simply click the **Question banks** button at the top of the Interactive questions menu. In the editor, click on Interactive questions. 2. Click the Question banks button at the top of the menu. 3. Your question banks will open. Select the one you want. 4. Click on the questions you’d like to add. 5. **If you want to add them all to the same page, click Add to selected page.** 6. **If you want each question on a separate page, click the arrow on the button. It will appear when you select more than one question.** 7. Click the arrow and choose Add to different pages. The questions will automatically be added across different pages in your creation. 8. You can also select all questions by clicking Select all at the top left of the bank. 9.
