# How to import a PDF file into Genially

Did you know that with Genially you can import PDF files? This will allow you to transform your content into interactive adventures at the speed of light. 

**Note:** You can also import images, [PPTX files](https://help.genially.com/import-a-powerpoint-pptx-into-genially-H1FSoDH2i), and even [Google Slides](https://help.genially.com/how-to-import-google-slides-into-genially-Hk86ySEa) to edit them in Genially.

  

In this tutorial we’ll explain how to import PDF files.

1.  From your main Panel, click the Create genially button.
    
2.  In the menu that appears, click on the Import option and then on PDF Document.
    
3.  A window will appear. Click Select the file to open your computer's file explorer and import the PDF document. Bear in mind that the file should have the extension .pdf and must not exceed 100 MB.
    
4.  Once the document is uploaded, click on Got it. You will soon see a new genially in your workspace. 
    

  

**NOTE:** This feature for converting a PDF file to a genially is currently a beta version. Over time, we will improve it and adapt it to the needs of the community.
