Marking a Genially creation as **reusable** means allowing other people to use it **as a template** and edit it in their own account.

Anyone—regardless of plan or role (except invited users or students)—can mark a creation as reusable by following these steps.

If you’re editing your content:

1. Click the **Share** button in the top-right corner.
2. Select **Anyone with the link** as the visibility option and click **Change privacy**.
3. Enable **Reusable as a template** and confirm.

Before editing, you can quickly access your creations from the **Content** section.

1. Hover over the thumbnail of the creation that’s in **draft mode** and that you want to make reusable when sharing it.
2. Click **Present, Present live,** or **Share**, and enable **Reusable.** Finish by clicking Continue.

## Can I reuse any Genially?

Genially creations are **not reusable by default.** When a creation is reusable, it means someone has chosen to enable this option so others can build on it.

You may not be able to reuse a Genially if:

* You have a free account and the reusable content **comes from a premium template**. In that case, you’ll need a premium plan.
* The creation isn’t visible to **Anyone with the link** and has been shared with restricted access.
* You don’t have a Genially account yet—you’ll need one to use any creation as a template!

## Where to find reusable content

Simply go to the **Community** section, click on the creation you like, and select **Use as a template** to start customizing it.
