## **How to present my creation live**

Presenting live is an option for creating **group sessions and initiating dynamics with multiple participants.**

**Important!** Check out [this page to](https://view.genially.com/677e397657e5572d385104e6) see how many participants per month and per session your plan includes.

Follow these steps:

1. Design your creation.

2. Click on the Present button at the top right.

3. A menu will be displayed with two options: Show creation and Live.

4. Click on Live.

5. If it's a creation that you have already presented automatically, a new tab will open with the link: [https://play.genially.com...](about%3Ablank)

6. At this point, a loading screen will open and, after a few moments, the live session screen will be displayed.

7. On that screen, two elements will appear that you need to share with the participants:

    1. A URL: play.genially.com and a 6-digit code that you'll need to enter.

    2. A QR code so that participants can access the dynamic through their cell phones.

8. Participants will join with this code and will log in with an alias. You will be able to see who is joining on the same screen.

**Important!** Participants do not need to have a Genially account to join the session.

9. Once all the participants have joined the session, click on Start to begin the dynamic. And that's it!

## How to set up your session

Once your session has started, you can customize different settings.

Here’s what you’ll find after launching your session:

* **Show QR code:** Quickly access the session link, code, and QR.

* **To lock the session:** click the lock
* **To unlock it:** click again

## **How to check data after presenting live**

If you want to end your live session, just press the **Log Out button at the top right**. You can do it at any time you want.

When you log out, participants will not be able to log in again, but you will be able to log in again with the same creation whenever you want.

Important! Live session data **is automatically downloaded to your computer in CSV format**. This way you will be able to treat and analyze them in your own way.

### **Factors to consider:**

**On creation**

* If your genially has interactive questions and you present live, the mode you have selected **will automatically change to Custom** when Presenting live.

* The same genially **can perform live as many times as you want.**

* There can only be one presenter for each session. However, all members of the Workspace will have access to the creation.

**About roles and permissions**

* All roles belonging to the Workspace can present a live creation, except for the Student role.

**On the elements included in the creation**

* Participants will not be able to answer the question of any kind (multi-answer, open-ended, survey...) once the presenter has solved it during the session.

* When the dynamic has already started, the participants will see the content being shown by the presenter, **except in two cases:**

    * **When there are interactive elements:** participants will be able to interact with them individually and neither the presenter nor the rest of the participants will see this interaction.

    * **When there are embedded elements:** participants will be able to interact with them individually and neither the presenter nor the rest of the participants will see this interaction.

* The presenter's interaction with interactive elements is also not visible to the rest of the participants.

* Participants can interact individually with all interactive elements **except the navigation elements (Link-if set to Open in same tab-, Go to page)** during the live session.
