Sharing your Genially content is the final step to make your work reach other people, such as students, teammates, clients, or collaborators. Once you’ve finished editing a creation, you can easily **present, share**, or **download it.**

In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through all the options available:

* The Share button located in the top-right corner of the editor.
* The Share icon located in the bottom-right corner of the view.

## 1\. Copy link

Share your creation with **anyone with the link**: copy it and paste it wherever you like—email, social media, or a chat.

You can also copy the link when you give **restricted access** to specific people and add the email addresses associated with their Genially accounts. In this case, only the people you’ve added will be able to view the creation via the link.

Would you like to **customize your links**? With Enterprise and Campus plans, you can request a subdomain—such as your brand name—to appear at the beginning of every link you share. [See how it works.](https://help.genially.com/en_us/how-to-customize-the-url-of-your-creations-S1ChjuIbkx)

## 2\. Present

Choose this option if you want to show your content live—either in full screen by opening your Genially in a new tab or by presenting live and creating a session that multiple participants can join in real time.

## 3\. Download

If you need your Genially in another format and you’re on a premium plan, you can choose between interactive PDF, JPG image, offline viewing (HTML), MP4 video, and SCORM package. We especially recommend the latter if you need to embed your content in a learning platform (LMS) and track learners’ progress.

## 4\. Embed in platforms or websites

Your Genially content is perfect for embedding in other platforms like Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams, or on any website by simply inserting the iframe or script code of the creation.

## 5\. Share from the View

You can also share your creation directly from the View and allow other people to share it as well.

When you open your creation in the View, you’ll find a Share icon in the bottom-right corner. It brings together different options to share your content in a simple and intuitive way:

* Copy the link and paste it wherever you want: in an email, on social media, or in a chat.
* Scan a QR code to open the creation on a mobile device or share it from a specific page.
* Embed the creation into websites using iframe or script code.
* Integrate the creation into platforms such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or an LMS connection — which generates a link to connect your creation with any Learning Management System.
* Share from a specific page. Heads up! If you enable this option from the View, both the link and the QR code will change accordingly.

Keep in mind that if you want others to share from the View, you must first enable this option in the Editor. The same applies to the Share from a specific page option.

In addition to these sharing options, it’s important to know that the **privacy** of your creations may depend on your plan (free or premium) and your team settings.

* If you have a free account, your creations are **visible** in search engines by default.
* If you have any premium plan, your creations are **hidden** from search engines by default.

When sharing with **anyone with the link**, you can adjust some privacy settings. With a premium plan, you can protect your creations with a password or give restricted access to specific people.
