# How to view a summary of your teams in Genially

Genially adapts to your teamwork needs. You can belong to lots of organizations and workspaces, collaborate on specific creations, or simply work individually. In any case, you can see a summary of your teams, roles and plans in the 'My Teams' section. 

  

Go to your Profile > My Account Settings > My Teams. 

  

From here, you can view:

*   The teams **you're a member of,** your role within the team, and the team plan. You can also perform actions such as:
    
    *   **Go to team:** Redirect to the team's dashboard
        
    *   **Settings:** Redirect to team settings
        
    *   **Upgrade your plan or switch to Premium** (depending on your role and plan)
        
    *   **Leave the team** (depending on your role): You'll be able to leave the team but you'll no longer have access to all the content. 
        
*   The teams **you're invited to** and the number of creations you collaborate on. You can also quickly request to join one of these teams. 
    

  

If you’d like to join more teams, you can create a new one or join an existing team using an [access code](https://help.genially.com/en_us/how-to-invite-members-or-join-a-team-with-an-access-code-in-genially-SJbJRtm4p), request to join suggested teams, or even join directly. This will depend on whether your registration email matches the verified domain of a team.
