# Move geniallys between folders

Organization is a bit like life: it changes and we choose how to arrange it accordingly. With Genially you can also rely on that and awaken your inner Marie Kondo. That's why in this tutorial we tell you how you can move your creations between spaces and/or folders, so you can organize yourself in a flexible way. Need to know how to create and manage a folder? Here you will learn how to:

*   Move a single genially from My Creations to the space and/or folder you want, and vice versa.
*   Move several geniallys from a folder or from My Creations to another folder you have created.

  

## **Move a genially individually**

Before moving a genially individually, you should note the following:

*   You can move a genially from **My Creations** to any space and/or folder you have created.
*   You can move a genially from a space or folder to any other space or folder or to **My Creations**.
*   You will not be able to move geniallys in which you have been invited to collaborate.

To move a genially individually:

1.  From the Dashboard, open the dropdown menu options of a genially.
2.  Choose the option **Move**. 
3.  Click on the destination space or folder to select it, and then click on the **Move** button.

  

**_TIP_**_: You can also create a folder when you move your Genially by clicking on the folder icon with the + sign in the lower left corner._

## **Move several geniallys from a space or folder**

You can move multiple creations to another folder or space in a flash. Follow these 6 steps:

1.  Go to the workspace where the creation or creations are located. 
    
2.  Hover your mouse over the thumbnail of each creation and select it by checking the white box that appears at the top left. 
    
3.  Once you've selected all the geniallys you want to move, click on the **Move** option that appears at the bottom of your screen.
    
4.  A window will open to allow you to select the space and/or folder you want to move the creation to. If it's in another workspace, you can click on **Workspaces** to see the list of spaces you can move the creation to. 
    
5.  Once you've selected the destination folder or space, click **Move**.
    

**Note:** This option is not available to organize content in a non-collaborative personal space.

Keep in mind the following specifications when you want to move several geniallys simultaneously:

*   You can move several geniallys simultaneously into a space or folder. To do this, you should know that multiple selection only works within each individual space or folder. If you want to move geniallys from 2 different spaces or folders, you have to move them from one space or folder first and then from the other one.
*   The selected geniallys will be moved to the same space or folder. The space or folder from which you started the multiple selection will be the destination folder.
*   You cannot select the **My Creations** section as the destination folder.
