Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the results. At Genially, we get that—which is why you can co-edit in real time and leave comments directly in the editor. That way, you and your team can collaborate smoothly and boost productivity to the max.

But what do we mean by "real time"? It means multiple people can edit the same Genially at once. You can see who’s in the editor with you, what page they’re on, and which element they’re working on. You can also [leave comments](https://help.genially.com/en_us/how-to-add-comments-in-genially-By2jVuZ4eg) with questions, suggestions, or mention teammates to speed things up.

  

## **How can I tell who’s editing a creation with me?**

If someone is editing a Genially at the same time as you, you’ll see their avatar in the top right corner of the editor. If several people are in the creation, it’ll look something like this:

To see exactly who’s in the editor, just click the circle at the top. A dropdown will show all the team members currently editing.

Curious about what page someone is on or what they’re working on? Just click their name to find out.

You can even use this feature to guide others—like showing a teammate how to tweak an element or where to add info.

  

## **How are changes saved?**

No worries—nothing gets lost! All changes are saved automatically and in sequence.

If several people are working on the same Genially at once, you might not see some updates right away in the page or full preview. But once editing is done, everything will be properly displayed.

If you’ve already shared the creation, remember to publish the latest changes so your audience can see them too.

And if you ever want to be sure, you can manually save by clicking the cloud icon in the top-left corner of the editor—right next to the title field.
